The Ideal Candidate is a person who knows the art of connecting. One who is able to determine what attracts people whatever the age. What makes them tick? A person who evolves according to the people around her/him, making them believe that what she/he has to offer is exactly what the people require. In order to do that the person needs to be able to analyze people, use the available resources to develop an atmosphere which appeals to them, and communicate accordingly to ensure that the ultimate connection is established. To make people keep coming back for more. The Candidate Hunt 2016 is a search for that Ideal Candidate who lives up to all this.
